Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Clients must cancel/reschedule 48 hours before appointment time. Clients that cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged 25% of total session cost. Clients that reschedule/cancel within 12 hours of appointment time will be responsible for 50% of total session cost. Clients that reschedule new appointment within 3 days of original appointment may use cancellation fee as a credit towards their rescheduled session While we understand that things happen, we are unable to make exclusions to our policy except in instances of illness or family emergency (doctors note or supporting documentation required) Exceptions made for illness with submission of doctors note
